“MORE SOULS WON FOR THE LORD DAILY”

Over the years, I have found WBS Seminars to be very effective in winning souls for Christ that is the reason I am deeply involved in conducting at least five seminars in every quarter of the year.  On 8th April 2018, I spoke in a WBS Seminar at the church of Christ, Mbiaobong Ikpe, Ikpe Annang, Essien Udim L.G.A.  The theme was “Christ and the Church” I spoke on “Christ”.  We combined the seminar with two hours house to house evangelism which resulted in one Baptism since the stream was not nearby, we had to convey the one soul to church of Christ Esa Atan Uruk Uso, Ikot Ekpene and baptized in the church baptistery.  This was more than three miles drive before we finally drove home to Abak. In the same spirit, another WBS seminar was held on 15th April 2018 at church of Christ, Ekit Itam II, Itu L.G.A. my topics was “where will you spend eternity”, Monday Akpakpan spoke on the role of WBS in evangelism.  As we went into the community for personal work, I studied with a young man who decided to come to the venue for baptism other participants also brought another soul and two souls were baptized for Christ.  This was the first WBS seminar in that church. Nelson Sunday, a ministerial two student of NCBC came to my office 16th April and reported that he went on evangelism to church of […]

February Evangelism Report

The staff and students of N.C.B.C are very active in evangelism. They continue to keep the mandate “Go ye” into all the world and preach the Gospel” and Jesus the master who promised to be with us always is blessing our efforts with great successes.   The college sponsored three management staff to attend the Great Workshop 2018 at Abakaliki Ebonyi State February 6 – 9, 2018. The theme of the workshop was “Repositioning the Church for His Coming” Over 700 ministers and WBS follow-up workers attended. It is remarkable to mention that more than 70% of attendance were N.C.B.C graduates. Every evening, I held meetings with them and encouraged them to visit their alma mater during seminars and lectureships and also find ways they can support the college. They submitted the contact addresses and promised to help accordingly. During the house to house evangelism outing, seven people were baptized including a Pastor from the Living Christian Ministries.   One important development during the workshop was the presentation of the Gospel Chariot which will assist in evangelism. The Chariot contain generator, public address system, tent which can accommodate more than three hundred (300) people, baptistery, sleeping mattresses and lot more. I will apply for the Gospel Chariot to be used during N.C.B.C Lectureship in August, 2018.   In the same spirit, Uyai Joshua has done a lot of preaching and benevolence […]
