Aniefiok Akpan and Obed Anthony

The fruits of Nigerian Christian Bible College are seen throughout the continent of Africa. Aniefiok Akpan is the Director of World English Institute in Nigeria. In January of this year, Akpan wrote to WEI saying that, “Four persons have already been baptized into Christ this year.” Aniefiok Akpan is a 2005 graduate of NCBC.

Also, Obed Anthony, a self-supporting evangelist in Cameroon, was recently reported as using the resources of World English Institute in his ministry. Writing to WEI, Anthony reported, “Last Sunday was a great day as three souls were added to the Lord’s church through the efforts of WEI Cameroon.” Obed Anthony is a 2005 graduate of NCBC.

We are sometimes unaware of the effects those who have been taught at NCBC are having for the cause of Christ. These two recent reports remind us that at ACSF we are doing the ground work for many of the other missionary endeavors in Africa. Those who support this work should be deeply honored to be planting the seeds of future growth for the kingdom of God in Africa.
